This game was made for the Airasia Redgame's 48 Game Jam with the intention of putting it on their SuperApp. The theme is Exploration and instead of the stereotypical exploring of places, I want people to EXPLORE their options

Thought process
While brainstorming an idea, I purposely didn't want to go for the usual hypercasual games they already have on the SuperApp, such as endless runners, match 3s, etc. So I decided to go for a minimalistic Puzzle game that one could see on the IOS store.

Usually, puzzle games have 1 Singular solution only but having inspiration from climbing(I'm a Climber lol) where there are many ways to solve a problem. I wanted the player to be able to EXPLORE other options in completing the puzzles by allowing them to have freedom of block placement.

Game Summary

Lofinder is a Lofi-themed hypercasual puzzle game for mobile where the player has to move around blocks in order to solve the puzzle.

Go through levels and Explore different ways of placing blocks to help you solve the puzzles. Even though I designed the puzzles with an intentional solution, I know there are many ways to solve the puzzles.

Inspiration

I took inspiration from "Thomas was alone" and hypercasual puzzle games such as "Cut the rope" and "okay?".

I planned to have more block types and even manipulate the ball's gravities but couldn't under the time limit. Please enjoy it regardless.

Everything except the copyright-free music is made by yours truly.
